Summer

I cannot believe how great this is! I am having so much fun just hanging out with Lindsey and TJ. We have played golf and gone shopping. We have enjoyed Tropical Snow and watering the strawberries.
Each morning I wake up and fix Lindsey a bowl of cereal and run out to grab a few strawberries to add to it. It does not get any better than this!!!
I made a dress for her in one day. I will put it on her soon and takes pics. First I want to make a hat and bloomers to go with it. Too bad she has sooooo many clothes right now, I really shouldn't be making more. I don't want to make clothes for me because I am trying to lose weight. Maybe I could make some shorts and tshirts for TJ. heeheehee.
It is unbelievable to sit down to watch t.v. and not worry about what I should be doing.... masters thesis. Tomorrow TJ and I are going to burn my masters thesis rough drafts and articles in the pit in the backyard after Lindsey goes to sleep.
We loved having Gracey and Andrea stay with us for a for days. As you can see by the pics. below we had a lot of fun.
We look forward to our visits to KC and Sarah's shower in SEK. We also look forward to Washington DC and seeing Aaron and Chika.
Tomorrow I am going to garage sales and cleaning the scrapbook room so that I can start scrapbooking again. I haven't been scrapbooking for 19 months...

Here is the dress I made for Lindsey and the skirt I kind of made for myself. All I had to do was sew my seam. My belt is the beads that Kyra gave me. CRAFTY!

Isn't she adorable?! She didn't cry the whole time I was there. She looked around while people were talking.She was very alert and happy. She giggled (I know she did...) when I tickled under her chin.

The white patches on her temples are for her sunglasses that she will wear while she is basking in the heat lamp.
Mommy is doing wonderful! She reports that Damia has a blood infection that should be taken care of by Tuesday and she will be able to go home.
Daddy is currently working on house to come home to!!
Sarah says that despite being born on Granny's birthday she still has a gift for Granny.
We will be having our shower in SEK sometime in early June.
She is a little doll!!
