The house

A couple of people were wondering what the house looked like that we put an on offer on. We were rejected, but the house is still for sale. She is asking $127,000. The taxes are based off of $109,000. So, if you would like to donate some cash for a counter offer feel free!!
It has four bedrooms upstairs, a half bath upstairs, a HUGE attic, a large formal living room, dining room, huge kitchen, and a nice family room. It also has a great deck out back and a fenced in yard. It also has a beautiful foyer and staircase. It has great woodwork and POCKET DOORS!! I have to drive by it every day!
I know, there are a lot of house in Halstead and this isn't the end of the world, but dreaming is fun.

Tootheses

Lindsey has one tooth poking through and another on the way! Can't say she is too happy about it, and isn't sure what all of our fuss is about!
On the same day, she crawled three paces to the remote control! We aren't too proud about her loving the remote control, but what can we do? She will just have to learn to wrestle her dad for it! She has not crawled again, finding it easier to roll her way to places we don't want her to go (tv, piano, cords, etc...) At the moment she is enjoying a biter biscut and watching her dad cook. I love this angel baby! Ok, she just fell alseep in her high chair. I guess Dad isn't as entertaining as Emirel Lagase!

Mother's day 2005 flowers Posted by Hello

Mother's Day 2005

This was a great first Mother's Day! TJ had a "theme." It was Mother's Day in the Past, Present, and Future.
In the past Mothers received flowers so I received a bouquet.
Then for the Present Mothers have to balance family and career so I received a gift certificate to Talbots.
Mothers of the future will have technology so he made a CD with Lindsey's pictures and captions--like a powerpoint presentation with music. Of course, two minutes into it I am crying my eyes out!
We went to Garozzo's for Brunch and stuffed ourselves silly.
How in the world am I supposed to live up to that for Father's Day?! Any ideas?

6 month check up

Lindsey had her 6 month check up today. She is still normal! She weighs 20 pounds/6 ounces. I hate to say, I forgot how long she is. The nurse did not write it down. I just remember she told me Lindsey is in the 100%ile for height, weight and head circumference. She had three shots that seemed to really tick her off!! She screamed. I couldn't talk for about two minutes afterwards because of the lump in my throat. Then I had to have blood drawn and Lindsey laughed the whole time!
The doctor pointed out that Lindsey joints were very loose. He asked if she was breech or if I had a C section. I told him no and asked if I should be concerned. He said no, but he would revisit the situation at her 9 month check up. Does anyone know why loose joints are a problem? Can she be a Chinese acrobat? I thought it was a good thing to be limber! Of course, I don't remember anything else he said because all I can think is that my baby is made of rubber.
